Our group are re-making an opening to a film (Superbad) to gain more understanding in how film openings work, by looking at a range a different film genre's such as horror, action and comedy and how the style and flow of their openings are similar, but also how they differentiate.
This will help us by experimenting with different styles of opening to then eventually create our own film opening and make sure it flows well and is of a high standard. We also will be doing this to see how the films titles run at the beggining of the film, looking in what order cast and crew are displayed and how the titles are intergrated into the opening.
